This platform is intended for licensed insurance agents and professionals affiliated with Pinnacle Life Group. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Confidentiality
All information shared within this platform, including lead data, team structures, performance metrics, and training materials, is strictly confidential. You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any such information to unauthorized parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pinnacle Life Group and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The information and tools provided in this application are for informational and business purposes only. While we strive to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pinnacle Life Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this platform.
7. Client Data & Call Recordings
The platform stores information about insurance clients that you enter (names, policy and premium details) and call recordings that you upload. You are solely responsible for collecting this information lawfully. Before recording any conversation, you must obtain the consent of every participant where required by applicable law — many states require all-party consent — and you attest to that consent each time you upload a recording. Client information may be used only for legitimate business purposes of the agency (production tracking, compensation, coaching, and compliance) and is confidential under Section 3. We may remove any uploaded content that we believe was collected or shared unlawfully.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
